North Bay registration at Cascades Casino

Getting Started at Cascades Casino North Bay

Cascades Casino North Bay is located at 300 Pinewood Park Drive, North Bay, Ontario, P1B 8Z4. Registration here works in two stages: first you set up an online profile, then you finish everything on-site at the casino. That second, in-person part often takes longer than people assume, especially on busy days.

Legal age is fixed at 19. No exceptions and no informal arrangements. Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation rules apply everywhere in the province, and Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Ltd. operates this venue under the North Gaming Bundle agreement approved by OLG in 2019.

Creating Your Online Profile

Go to northbay.cascadescasino.ca to begin. Look for the registration or membership section in the main menu - it tends to be easy to spot, not hidden in subpages. Once there, the basic flow is familiar.

1. Enter your full legal name exactly as it appears on your government ID
2. Add your current home address, phone number, and date of birth
3. Create a secure password so you can access your account later
4. Submit the form and wait for a confirmation email or reference number
5. Store that reference number somewhere safe, you will show it at the desk

The online form only opens your profile, it does not fully activate your account. Until you visit the property in person, the registration is treated as incomplete. At this point there is no confirmed way to finish everything remotely, so plan to make that visit.

A simple but important detail: make sure the name you type online matches your ID, letter for letter. Middle names, initials, accents - keep them identical. Even a small difference, like a missing middle name, can cause an avoidable delay when staff check your details at the counter.

Identity Verification Requirements

The personal information on your identification must line up with what you submitted online. If there is a mismatch, staff cannot just ignore it - activation can be blocked until things are corrected. Bring one current, valid document and the process usually moves quickly.

Completing Registration at the Property

Visit the casino during its regular operating hours. It is safer to confirm those hours directly with the property before you leave, as third-party listings are not always up to date. Once inside, go over to the membership or player services desk.

1. Show your valid government-issued photo ID to the staff member
2. Provide your online profile reference number, or the email used at registration
3. Staff compare your ID with the details in the system
4. Confirm your contact data and any other fields if they ask
5. Receive your physical membership card as soon as verification is approved
6. Follow staff instructions or use a terminal to activate the card before first play

After that, your North Bay registration is considered complete. The in-person part is usually brief, as long as the personal information on your ID and your online form match without issues.

Ontario Age and Eligibility Rules

Different gambling products in Ontario sit under slightly different age rules. Land-based casino activities are set at 19, which is higher than some other forms of gaming allowed in the province.

Cascades Casino North Bay is in the casino category, so the 19+ requirement applies in every case. OLG uses these same thresholds at all properties that fall under the North Gaming Bundle.
